What better time than during spring cleaning to review your CEO Check List?

This is a list of the locations all your organization’s important documents - including computer passwords, insurance policies, employee contracts, financial reports and more.  An updated CEO Check List is especially important to prepare for that unexpected executive transition. Unfortunately, all too often, much of this information is scattered among many people or in the current CEO’s head, making it difficult to retrieve if necessary.

It can take some time to develop the first draft, but after that, refreshing the information should be much easier. So, what better time to start than now? And then, every March as you do your spring cleaning, dust it off and refresh -- you’ll be glad you did!
